Quit Smoking With ReBreath
“Dan is still a topic of conversation around the house, even after four years.
That’s how long I have been a non-smoker. And yes, it was just that easy.”

Quitting The Easy Way: One Hypnopuncture Session.
For 18 years I have had the distinct pleasure of helping many, many hundreds of people quit smoking cigarettes for good. Now, before we go any further, it’s important to address the reality, which is that no one can ‘make’ you stop smoking. You’ve got to want it, and want it badly. That having been said, the great news is that my unique technique, combining hypnosis and acupuncture in one session, makes the process doubly efficient and pain-free. If you’re ready to quit, with just two sessions you’ll become what you’ve only imagined: A happy, and relaxed, non-smoker. During hypnosis we replace those unwelcome edgy, anxious feelings you’ve experienced in the past around smoking with a sense of exhilaration, relief and power, a sense that, ‘YES! Finally, I’ve done what I’ve been wanting to do for so long. I’m a non-smoker.’
Our unique system harnesses the power of the body’s own chemistry, along with the power of the subconscious mind. (Notice we don’t mention will power, as that is one of the weakest part of our mind). During the session we combine hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and pain-free, auricular acupuncture, all in one session. While acupuncture releases a naturally occurring chemical (Endorphin) associated with pain management into your blood stream, hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming helps you to reprogram your subconscious to work purely on your behalf, in a way that is congruent with who you are.
The Emotions Of Smoking–And Quitting
Smoking is an emotionally based habit. If you smoke only 10 cigarettes a day, and each one entails 20 puffs, that means you have been reinforcing that addiction 200 times a day, 7 days a week. It has become your best friend. But your best friend is slowly killing you, and it is time to part ways with that little death machine. And we’re going to make sure you understand that down into the very deepest part of your core. You see, when smokers try to stop using other methods—the patch, gum, drugs, cognitive therapy — there is no understanding of the emotional aspects of the ritual. There is often a feeling only of loss, a sense of being deprived of an intrinsic pleasure. A feeling that one is losing a ‘friend’. This sense of loss, unexplored and unexposed, often leads to anger, depression or both, which of course leads right back to smoking.
One powerful aspect of the ReBreath method is that, as the physical and emotional craving dissipates, so does the sense of having lost something dear also clear away. What’s your part? You have to want it badly, then you get to sit back in a nice, comfortable chair, and relax.
When we combine hypnosis (65-75% success rate) and acupuncture (35% by itself over 6 sessions) your chances of success are enhanced greatly. It is always your choice whether you wish to add acupuncture to the session or not.
I’ve been smoking since I was fifteen years old and never went more than 4 days without a cigarette. It’s been eight months now, and not only do I have no urge to smoke, but now, just the idea of lighting up makes me queasy. Hypnopuncture is awesome! Thank you Dan, for helping me finally kick that habit.

Our Unique Approach
Since the American Medical Association approved the use of clinical hypnosis in the 1950’s, thousands of people have used hypnosis effectively to stop smoking, lose weight and otherwise improve the quality of their lives. Of course, the success rate with hypnosis typically varies because much depends on the skill, experience and competence of the individual hypnotherapist. The average rate of quitting for hypnosis is 30%. That is 300% better than will power, which clocks in at 10%. In fact, hypnosis is the second most effective reason people stop, right behind heart disease.
After separating those who are ready to quit from those who are not yet ready, Our treatment strategy includes:
- Time-tested hypnosis techniques + Neuro-Linguistic Programming= A shift in how you see smoking cigarettes.
- Acupuncture to help reduce lingering cravings (Low Level Laser for those who do not tolerate acupuncture).
- A pre-session education session makes the hypnotic process even more effective.
- A screening process clarifies the client’s determination to quit smoking (not quitting for a spouse, a loved one, a boss or for anyone else). The client must be motivated to quit. What will motivate you? Whether it is a fear of death or a push toward life, that is for you to understand, and utilize.
Two Visits Is All It Takes.
During the first visit we directly drive the Quit Smoking desire into your subconscious mind. During the second visit we compound what you learned during the first visit. You also learn self hypnosis to counter the effects of stress, which is the leading cause of people starting again.
“Dan, I’m blown away. Your one treatment did what years of patches and Smokenders couldn’t do. I’ve just got three words, for you, Dan: Still Smoke Free! Oh, and Thank you.
